I am an out-of-network provider, meaning that I do not accept insurance at this time. Each week, you will pay me directly for services rendered. I can provide a monthly superbill that you can then submit to your insurance company to receive partial or full reimbursement, depending on your insurance plan.

Call your insurance provider and ask them the following questions:

-Do I have out-of-network coverage for psychotherapy?

-If so, what is my deductible and has it been met?

-What is the percentage covered of each session?

-How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?

-What is the per-session accepted rate by my insurance company?

Once you have this information from your insurance company, please feel free to contact me with any follow up questions.

I require 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations.

Please email me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Any late cancellations or no-shows will be subjected to a cancellation fee.

YOUR RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS AGAINST SURPRISE MEDICAL BILLS

The Federal No Surprises Act, effective from January 1, 2022, aims to shield patients from unexpected medical bills. In compliance with this act, all licensed health providers, including those offering services out of network, are required to clearly display a notice of your "rights and protections against surprise medical bills" either online or within our facilities. As an out-of-network provider, the fees for each session will be transparent and consistent, as you will pay the same amount each week. The likelihood of receiving an unexpected bill from my practice is minimal since all clients must agree to my scheduling and cancellation policies prior to commencing our sessions.
